Home Reach is a partnership between housing provider heylo and a number of housebuilders across England which gives buyers who meet the eligibility criteria the opportunity to ‘part buy-part rent’ a brand new home. You can purchase a share of a new build home (usually starting at 50%) and pay a subsidised rent on the remainder, with heylo as the landlord. The scheme is offered on selected plots at a development and provides all the benefits of homeownership but requires a much smaller deposit (5% of the share price) and smaller mortgage than purchasing outright. Over time, owners can buy further shares as their budget allows, until they own 100%.

Crown Hill Gardens is the latest phase of a prestigious development in Radford Semele, only a mile from Leamington Spa. The village has its own village shop, post office, primary school, pub, churches and community facilities. The ‘Larch’ is an impressive three-bedroom detached home available through Home Reach. Downstairs is an open-plan kitchen/dining/family room with bifold doors to the garden, a living room, a study, a cloakroom, a family bathroom, two double bedrooms (one with en suite and dressing area) and a single bedroom. Furrowfields is in Bishops Itchington, a vibrant village which is only a few miles from the market town of Southam and the M40.
