Home Of The Day – ‘The Wiltshire’, Castle Green Homes

Posted 30 August 2022 by Keith Osborne

Today, our favourite is the top-of-the-range available house at Castle Green Homes development in Denbighshire…

A house type that has caught our eye today is from a development in Denbighshire in north Wales and is called ‘The Wiltshire’, from Castle Green Homes.

Currently the top-of-the-range of new homes for sale at the Cysgod Y Graig development, just a few miles from Rhyl and Prestatyn, ‘The Wiltshire’ is an attractive detached family home with an impressive 1,709 sq ft of living and entertainment space and the convenience of a large integral garage. The hub of it all is the open-plan kitchen/dining/family area, which is across the full width of the home at the rear, boasting large windows and French doors that lead out into the garden. Off the main room is a utility room with its own sink, worktop and door to the outside, great for keeping muddy boots and paws out of the way. At the front of the home is a lounge with bay window, and a cloakroom completes the ground floor layout. Upstairs, all four bedrooms are generous doubles. Bedroom one is a real highlight of this home – it is across the full width of the house and has an en suite, a dressing area and a feature bay window. Bedroom two comes with an en suite shower room and bedrooms three and four can share a family bathroom.

Prices for this home type currently start from £449,995. Take a virtual hour of a ‘Wiltshire’ show home here:

Dyserth is a quaint Welsh village with a history dating back to the 1000s and these days benefits from a lively high street with quirky shops, amenities, period buildings and more. Set in diverse countryside, one of the main attractions of the area is the 70-foot Dyserth waterfall. The area has a range of high-quality schools such as Trelawnyd V.A School, Ysgol Clawdd Offa, Ysgol Hiraddug, Ysgol Melyd, Ysgol Y Castell and Ysgol Y Llys.

The town of Rhuddlan is a six minute journey by car. And on the coast, Prestatyn is eight minutes by car – or about an hour’s walk if you’re in the mood to go for a hike. A whole range of places are within an hour’s drive, including Wrexham, Chester, Anglesey and the Snowdonia National Park.

The marketing suite at Cysgod Y Graig is open from Monday to Saturday from 10.30am to 5.30pm and closed on Sunday. Prices start at £169,995. Find out more about Cysgod Y Graig from Castle Green Homes.
