‘The Chesters’ is our favourite attractive house type currently available from Keepmoat at The Rise in Newcastle Upon Tyne…

On our search for the most notable of the range of excellent brand new homes for sale across the country at the moment, our attention was drawn to the four-bedroom type called ‘The Chesters’, available from Keepmoat at its development called The Rise in Tyne and Wear.

The are several of ‘The Chesters’ available right now, with prices starting at £255,995 for Plot 1417. As a bonus, this particular plot comes with an offer of £5,000 towards a deposit and a saving of over £2,000 on some integrated appliances, including fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

This house type is set over three floors, with 1,137 sq ft of living space. On the ground floor is the kitchen at the front, and a lounge/dining room at the rear with French door to the garden. Tere’s also a cloakroom and some handy understairs storage. The family bathroom is on the first floor, along with two of the bedrooms. The second floor has another single bedroom and the master bedroom, which comes complete with an en suite. Outside is a private driveway.

One of ‘The Chesters’ is a show home here, a great opportunity to see it fully furnished and fitted.

The current variety of two-, three- and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes for sale here start from £167,995. Located off Whitehouse Road and with panoramic views of the River Tyne, the city centre is around 10 minutes away from here.
