In a nod to the area’s racing history, WhatHouse? Award-winning developer David Wilson Homes has named one of the houses at its Newbury Racecourse development after a winning racehorse.

In celebration of one of the most successful racehorses of all time, the house is named after Arkle, the three-time winner of the Cheltenham Gold Cup, who was owned by Anne, Duchess of Westminster.
