Redrow has put the spotlight on the ‘Warwick’ , a recently opened show home at Newton Garden Village in Nottinghamshire…

Redrow East Midlands has officially opened the three-bedroom ‘Warwick’ show home at Wellington Place, Newton Garden Village, which is located on the former RAF Newton site a few miles east of Nottingham.

The three-bedroom ‘Warwick’ is part of Redrow’s award-winning Heritage Collection, which has proven popular with homebuyers looking for traditional, 1930s charm combined with an interior which exudes contemporary style.

Downstairs, there is a large open-plan kitchen and dining area providing a perfect place to enjoy family life. with lots of glazing and French doors to the rear garden, while a separate lounge at the front of the house is a haven to relax. Upstairs, the master bedroom is complete with an en suite, and the two further bedrooms are perfect for a nursery, guest bedroom, or even a home office.

The ‘Warwick’ house type at Newton Garden Village is currently priced from £319,950 to £324,950.

This show home serves to present some of the standard specification but also a number of examples of possible options and upgrades. This and other homes can be personalised through things such as kitchen units, worktops and appliances; a range of flooring types; tiles, shower types and cabinets/mirrors in bathroom/en suite; and fitted wardrobes to bedrooms.

Redrow’s garden villages offer an innovative approach to rural living and this is the first of its kind from the housebuilder in this region. Based on sustainable principles, such as promoting wildlife-rich spaces and creating a real sense of community, Wellington Place at Newton Garden Village will offer an environment to promote the wellbeing of its residents.

Located just a stone’s throw away from the popular market town of Bingham, with great transport links to Nottingham and nearby Leicester, this development offers the mix of rural and town living, appealing to first-time buyers, growing families and couples alike.

Ryan O’Sullivan, head of sales for Redrow East Midlands, said: “We are excited to have opened the doors to the first of many show homes at Newton Garden Village as this fantastic development begins to take shape.

“The past year has highlighted our appreciation for living in closer proximity to green, open space, especially now that many of us are likely to spend an increased amount of time working from home. Newton Garden Village offers an innovative approach to rural living, with all the benefits of superb commuter connections, local schools and access to city life.

“We’re expecting these homes to be incredibly popular, so we’d encourage local people to book an appointment as soon as possible to see what we have to offer.”

New residents began moving into Newton Garden Village in July 2021. Prices currently start at £218,950. Find out more at www.redrow.co.uk.
