The WhatHouse? team reports on our current favourite new build home for sale – our first for 2021 is ‘The Rushwick’, a four-bedroom detached house type at Piper Homes’ Christine Way in Powick, Worcestershire.

‘The Rushwick’ is a four-bedroom detached house type which comes with an attached single garage. It is available on several plots at Christine Way, including the professionally decorated and fully furnished show home. The architecture is tradition-inspired but complemented by a thoroughly up-to-date interior. Christine way comprises a range of two- to four-bedroom houses off Malvern Road, adjacent to an open field in a village just outside Worcester and a few miles from Malvern and its Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village has several pubs and restaurants, with the nearest, the Three Nuns, located just a short walk from Christine Way. Powick has a primary school, recently converted to an academy but rated ‘Outstanding’ when it was last assessed by Ofsted. There is also a parish hall and playing fields.
