This room also has double doors to the rear garden.

Up the U-shaped staircase to the first-floor landing and off the landing are bedroom one, with en suite shower room, double bedroom two and two single bedrooms, which could easily function as play or hobby rooms, or a separate home office. A bathroom and two useful storage cupboards complete the layout. This home type comes with a single garage and driveway.

The latest phase includes a range of new two-, three- and four-bedroom house types, with prices currently starting at £179,995 for the three-bedroom ‘Laburnam’.
