WhatHouse? team reports on the best new homes for sale right now – today, top of our list is the ‘Hadley’ house type at Fernwood Village, the David Wilson Homes [https://www.whathouse.com/housebuilders/david-wilson-homes/] development near Newark-on-Trent in Nottinghamshire.

One example of this double-fronted, three-bedroom detached house type is on Plot 113, priced at £269,995.
