The WhatHouse? team reports on our current favourite home for sale – today, we pick the ‘Camber’, a four-bedroom house type at Berryfields, a development from Cavanna Homes in Barnstaple, Devon.

One of the ‘Camber’ house types still available is on Plot 63 and priced at £370,000.
