The WhatHouse? team reports on our current favourite new home for sale right now – today, we pick the ‘Kennett’ house type at DWH at Romans Quarter, the David Wilson Homes development in Bingham, a market town just nine miles east of Nottingham.  

Plot 132 of this three-storey, three-bedroom house type is a middle terrace, comes with parking for two cars and is priced £279,995. Off the hallway is the downstairs cloakroom and the lounge, a spacious place to relax which has a bay window.
