Stadia Three (Galliard Homes)

League One football club AFC Wimbledon, which is currently sharing a home ground in Kingston, is getting a new stadium, the development of which will include over 600 new homes encircling the stadium. 400 homes will be for private sale, and the remainder will be available via the Shared Ownership scheme.

The first 114 homes at Stadia Three are now available to purchase off-plan, with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments currently for sale.
