Top-Quality Family Homes In Essex

Buyers can currently find an array of developments across Essex that offer some excellent brand new homes for sale which provide the space and flexibility for families of different ages as well as proximity to schools, useful amenities and leisure facilities.

We take a look at a few of our current favourite Essex new homes.

City & Country – a developer which has won many WhatHouse? Awards for its specialism is restoring and converting period buildings and complementing them with new build properties – is offering a range of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes at Sanderling Reach, Mersea Island. Just a five-minute walk from the coast, this development is ideally located for access numerous amenities, places to enjoying a family meal, open spaces and leisure attractions including a tennis club, Sailing Club and Yacht Club.
