Show Homes Inspired By Local Area In Tamworth

Dosthill Gate from Elan Homes is a 37-home development being built on Dosthill Road in Tamworth. 

Elan Homes enlisted Birmingham-based Edward Thomas Interiors to design and style a show home. The development is less than a mile from Dosthill Park Local Nature Reserve and around two miles from Tamworth Snowdome, both of which have influenced the theme of the children’s bedrooms in the show home.

Tracey Ball, regional sales director for Elan Homes, explains: “We understand the importance of children feeling involved in choosing a new home. The show home is an example of the Woodhall, a spacious, double fronted four-bedroom family home. Accessed via an elegant, canopied porch, it offers 1,350 sq.ft of carefully considered living space.

The show home is open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5pm. Dosthill Gate currently offers a choice of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, with prices starting from £255,000.
