Off-Plan Reservations Welcome At Lichfield Development
David Wilson Homes has a range of houses now available to reserve off-plan at Anson Gardens in the village of Fradley, a few miles north-east of Lichfield – and two special offers there are about to come to an end.
For homes reserved by the end of July, there is free flooring on selected homes, while first-time buyers are able to reserve for just £99.
Right now, there are three four- and five-bedroom house type available, with prices ranging from £460,000 to £580,000. Buying at the off-plan stage means buyers can look at the range of options and upgrades available so that they can really personalise their new property.
For £460,000 is the ‘Bradgate’ on Plot 51. The hub of this home is the open-plan kitchen with dining and family areas as well as the bonus of a glazed bay into the garden, which lets light flood in and really adds a wow factor. A utility room helps declutter the things. The separate lounge has an attractive bay window and there’s a study on the ground floor too. Plot 46 is the ‘Winstone’, priced at £575,000. The large, welcoming entrance hall leads to the kitchen and breakfast room, which has an oversized bay window to the west-facing garden.
