Choice Of Four-Bedroom Homes At Housebuilder’s Suffolk Sites

Keith OsborneDavid Wilson Homes is encouraging families in Suffolk to consider opting for a brand new four-bedroom home at one of its developments across the county.
The housebuilder is currently selling a variety of family-friendly four-bedroom properties at its Marham Park development in Bury St Edmunds, and Abbots Green development in Woolpit.
Annette Hurst, sales director at David Wilson Homes Eastern Counties, said: “For growing families, or for families wanting to upsize, we have a vast selection of contemporary new homes available at a number of our Suffolk developments. Those on the lookout for a spacious, modern home in the area should book an appointment with one of our sales advisers who will be able to discuss how to secure one of our sought-after new family properties.”
The government’s recent budget announcement of a cut to Stamp Duty taxation means that homebuyers will now be able to afford more sizeable homes for less. The Stamp Duty on a home worth between £250,000 and £925,000 – which is within the price range of all David Wilson Homes Eastern Counties’ four-bedroom properties – is just 5%, and a house worth up to £425,000 contains zero Stamp Duty for first-time buyers.
At a time where heating, electricity and water bills are costing homeowners more than they have ever done before, David Wilson Homes is also reassuring customers about the energy efficiency of their new homes. According to David Wilson Homes, a brand new home could be up to 65% cheaper to run than a standard Victorian equivalent, saving homeowners over £2,400 per year on their energy bills. The developer also uses the latest water and energy saving appliances, which reduce kitchen and bathroom expenditure by up to 26% per day per person.
David Wilson Homes has an exclusive deal available to customers who reserve a home in October, where they can receive up to £1,000 per month towards their mortgage for a year.
