Beaumont at Warwick Gates is a development from David Wilson Homes, located just two miles from Warwick’s historic town centre. The development backs onto green space, and is ideally located for everyone wishing to enjoy country life. It offers a collection of one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom properties, with prices ranging from £220,000 to £725,000.   

Plot 107, a five-bedroom ‘Henley’ house type, is a spacious, detached home located in a desirable corner plot. Priced at £725,000, the house overlooks green space, and has a double garage, as well as four driveway parking spaces. Both the kitchen and lounge lead to the spacious garden via French doors, and there are two en-suites, as well as a family bathroom. 


Bentley Fields in Uttoxeter from David Wilson Homes is almost sold out, with just a few homes remaining at this sought-after development. The Peak District is less than half an hour drive away, and the A50 and A518 are nearby for residents needing to commute. There are a selection of three- and four-bedroom homes available, with prices ranging from £312,500 to £450,000.
