For those looking for a new home in the North West, David Wilson Homes and Barratt Homes have some great offers on properties at developments in the region…

 

Set just outside the historic city of Preston, Romans Green from Barratt Homes is a collection of three- and four-bedroom homes. Residents are able to enjoy all the benefits of living near a city while being surrounded by countryside. There is a new retail park and gym within five minutes of the development, and for those needing to commute, the M55 and M6 are nearby. Prices at the development range from £164,000 to £292,500, and Deposit Unlock and the Key Workers Deposit Contribution scheme are available on selected properties.

Plot 243, a Kingsley house type, is a four-bedroom detached home, benefitting from a detached garage.
