Broadleigh Park
Just a mile outside Tavistock. Broadleigh Park will, when complete, comprise 148 new homes, with an impressive range of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom house types, with design inspired by the local vernacular and featuring a variety of red brick, crisp render or natural slate finishes. A highlight for sale right now is the double-fronted ‘Corndon’ on Plot 96. ‘Haytor’ house type

Equinox II
‘Tavy’ house type
Complementing Equinox I is Equinox II, a further range of 81 homes, including 20 affordable homes. There’s going to be an array of two-, three- and four-bedroom terraced, semi-detached and detached properties. The current range of homes for sale range from £345,000 to £500,000 and one of them is the ‘Tavy’, a detached house priced at £400,000. Wolborough Hill
