Living Room: The colour scheme in the generous sized living room juxtaposes bright, rich colours such as fuchsia and teal with more neutral shades to create the perfect blend of elegance and modernity. The wallpapered feature wall adds depth to the room and the delicate floral pattern adds a lovely contrast to the opulent colours of the soft furnishings.

Kitchen / Dining Room: The teal theme carries on throughout the rest of the downstairs of the property with teal walls and dining chairs adding a pop of dramatic colour in this stylish, au courant kitchen. As a contemporary, diverse town, Milton Keynes played an important role in the inception of the design. The diversity of the local area was a huge influence. The vivid colours were inspired by Asian textiles as they complement the contemporary design elements such as the high gloss used in the kitchen.

The fuchsia and teal colour scheme used downstairs is echoed in the accents of this room with cushions, throws and ornate dragonfly adorned wallpaper.
