Bronze by Strawberry Star - Show Home Room by Room
Bronze is a landmark building consisting of 77 private residential one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and duplex penthouses. It’s located in the heart of Wandsworth, just a short walk to Southside shopping centre.
Santhosh Gowda, chairman of Strawberry Star Group, comments: “The new show apartment at Bronze captures the desirable lifestyle on offer at the development. Benefiting from excellent travel connections, a vibrant community, and nearby boutique shops, cafes and bars, our landmark development offers a new way of life for Wandsworth residents, and this has been reflected in the finishing touches of the show home’s interior design. We are looking forward to welcoming potential homebuyers to view the show apartment and to explore the development.”
The beautiful show apartment has been designed by Hatch Interiors, and WhatHouse? takes a closer look...
Living room: To complement the development, we wanted to create a show home with a luxurious feel, reflecting the history of the ex-copper mill that was located on the site in the 1700’s.With large floor to ceiling windows, the apartment offers a bright and airy space, with the addition of warmth and depth through rich textures and mixed metalics. Bronze is a prominent colour that is featured throughout the reception through the cushions, rug and metallic strips on the wall. Deluxe feature pieces such as the opulent dining chairs and side table with a brass cut out add a memorable wow experience to the space.
Master bedroom: For the master bedroom, we designed a striking feature wall combining bold floral wallpaper and brass metallic strips, which has created an element of drama to the room. Balancing out the bold, we selected a calming and neutral bed with luxurious throws, which add to the accentuated sophisticated feel of the space.
Second bedroom: In the second bedroom, we used pieces with strong inclination towards Wandsworth’s industrial past, including bronze cushions, rich woods and a woven material headboard featuring a statement wall piece. There are some true pieces of great craftmanship used in this room. Due to the large scale of this spacious room, it felt more like a second master bedroom rather than a guest room, reflecting the continuing luxurious design to the space which flows through the whole apartment.
Balcony: The apartment offers generous balcony space where you can get up and close to the glorious bronze cladding that covers the building. We installed a modern black terrace set that perfectly complements the bronze, and finished the space with extra-large feature lanterns.
