Posted 19 January 2024 by Helen Christie

The WhatHouse? team have put together a selection of the best new build homes currently available in the London Borough of Enfield…

The London Borough of Enfield is the northernmost London borough. It is well connected, with a number of underground stations served by the Piccadilly line, including Arnos Grove, Southgate and Cockfosters. London Overground and National Rail services also run within the borough. There are plenty of bus services throughout Enfield, and the North Circular, M25, A10, A10101 and Green Lanes run through the borough, connecting residents to Greater London and beyond.

The borough has over 900 hectares of parks and open space, with plenty of places to explore, including Myddleton House and Gardens, Forty Hall Estate and Capel Manor.

A number of housebuilders are providing new homes in the borough…
