Cambuslang is on the southern outskirts of the city and considered by some to be ‘the largest village in Scotland’, having a population of around 30,000, which is set to grow with the number of successful new homes developments. One of the city’s most sought-after residential districts, Bearsden is on Greater Glasgow’s border with East Dunbartonshire.
