Barratt Developments – WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year 2019, which offers homes under the Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brands – has a number of live sites across the North East of England right now that offer house types that could be perfect for growing families.
We take a look at some of the four-bedroom homes currently available in the region.
Cherry Tree Park is a development in Sunderland with sea views, cycle trails, open space views and play areas all on the doorstep. Barratt’s part of the development is already 80% sold but still offers three- and four-bedroom houses priced from £215,995 to £309,995.
