Key Worker Deposit Contribution Scheme Available Across London Developments

Leading housebuilder Barratt London is offering a Key Worker Deposit Contribution across all Barratt London developments..

Barratt London’s Key Worker Deposit Contribution is a scheme designed to help key workers get on the property ladder.

Key workers will be entitled to receive a deposit contribution towards the overall purchase price of the property of £750 for every £25,000 spent, up to a maximum contribution of £15,000.

The key workers included in this offer are:

  • Education
  • Police Force
  • Fire Service
  • Ministry of Defence
  • Environmental Service
  • Highways England
  • Probation Service
  • Local Authority
  • Prison Service

This offer is available across selected homes at all Barratt London schemes, here are a few of the available developments across London.

 

No. 10 Watkin Road in Wembley
