Ideal First Homes In The Capital From Leading Housebuilder

Award-winning housebuilder Barratt London has many developments currently available around London. We’ve taken a look at some of them, and found homes that would be ideal for those looking for their first home in the city…

Blackhorse View

Blackhorse View is a development of 350 one- and two-bedroom homes, located in Walthamstow, opposite Blackhorse Road underground station, connecting residents to London Kings Cross station in just 12 minutes. Each home comes with private outdoor space, and residents can also enjoy communal landscaped gardens and a rooftop terrace. Europe’s largest urban wetland is on the doorstep, so there is plenty of open space for residents to explore. 

Blackhorse View (Barratt London)

Plot 255 is a one-bedroom apartment located on the third floor of Alder Point at Blackhorse View. Priced at £408,000, and available to purchase using the London Help to Buy scheme, this apartment would make a great first home in the capital. New Market Place
