Special Gardens Plots From Housebuilder In Yorkshire

There are some plots at Barratt Homes developments across Yorkshire which come with very appealing, sun-soaked gardens...

Barratt Homes, WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year in 2019 and the recent recipient of a five-star rating for customer satisfaction from the Home Builders Federation, is currently offering home with sought-after garden plots at some of its developments in Yorkshire.

Private outside space has become a priority for buyers over lockdown, providing a chance to enjoy the outdoors with the family and housemates when it’s not been possible in public parks, so a great garden is a major selling point for new homes these days.

Momentum is in Waverley, near Rotherham, a collection of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes in a lakeside setting, just a 15-minute drive from Sheffield. There are two examples of the three-storey ‘Kingsville’ house type with a great location on the site. Plot 146 has a south-facing garden at is priced at £273,995, while Plot 147 has a south-west-facing garden and is for sale from £267,995 .
