Digital Resources Assisting Lancashire House-Hunters

Posted 20 November 2020 by Keith Osborne

Anwyl Homes has recognised that providing digital content is vital in helping people find the home they want...

Anwyl Homes is helping Lancashire buyers stay safe when choosing a new home by providing a range of resources available on its website and YouTube channel.

Show homes at Bluebell Meadow in Fulwood and Stonebridge Fold in Longridge remain open by appointment only; while pre-booked appointments are available with the sales team at Lawrence Gardens in Barton, where properties can be reserved off-plan.

Matthew Gould, head of sales at Anwyl Homes Lancashire, said: “Demand for new homes in the Lancashire towns and villages around Preston remains high. Some are keen to move in time to make the most of the current Stamp Duty holiday; or with the Help to Buy equity loan scheme before it’s restricted to first-time buyers. Others have realised that they need more space, perhaps to work from home or so that the children have room to play. Whatever your reasons for moving home, we’re here to help either in person or with virtual appointments and digital resources.

“Taking a virtual tour is the next best thing to viewing a property in person, with the advantage of not being restricted by opening times and being able to pause, rewind , revisit and share with family and friends. Plus, there’s a wider choice of properties to view virtually than we have on a single development. For those who still want to see for themselves, our show homes are open to view by appointment with the relevant safety measures in place.”

Anwyl’s Access All Areas digital content offers insights buyers wouldn’t ordinarily gain by visiting developments in person. For example, there’s the chance to “meet” the site manager of Bluebell Meadows or the interior designer and landscape gardener at Stonebridge Fold.

There are also video guides to the process of buying a new Anwyl home, including the Move Simple scheme, which helps those with an existing property to sell before they can move; to hear from an independent mortgage advisor and Anwyl homeowners. There’s also the chance to take video tours of the show homes.

Prices at Bluebell Meadows in Fulwood start from £336,995 for an ‘Ascot’ style four-bedroom detached property with en suite and integral garage. This home is eligible for the Stamp Duty holiday and can currently be purchased using the Help to Buy equity loan scheme.

At Stonebridge Fold in the Ribble Valley town of Longridge, Anwyl has a choice of three- and four-bedroom homes available, priced from £214,995.

Over at Lawrence Gardens, Barton, between Preston and Garstang, four-bedroom homes are available to reserve off-plan from £294,995.
