Anwyl Homes is giving keen Lancashire house-hunters an opportunity to reserve their ideal home at Priory Gardens at Yew Tree Park in Burscough before it is officially launched through its Early Bird initiative.
The Early Bird scheme is only available on selected properties throughout the lifetime of a development. These properties will typically be ready for legal completion in about eight to 12 months’ time. To secure a reservation you will need to be in a contractually proceedable position (Anwyl Homes can provide a clear definition of those terms) and pay a refundable £500 deposit. Burscough is a busy just a couple of miles north of Ormskirk and about halfway between Liverpool and Preston, both around 16 miles away via the A59, which runs close to Priory Gardens. The town itself has some good schools, big-name and independent shops, eateries and leisure facilities, along with beautiful countryside and extensive coastal stretches close at hand, with Southport around a 20-minute drive away.
One of the properties available via Early Bird is the detached ‘Stratford’, priced from £368,995. This has a kitchen/diner with French doors to the garden; utility room; living room; downstairs cloakroom; four double bedrooms (en suite to bedroom one); and a family bathroom. Another is the ‘Lymm’, with the price soon to be announced. This is another four-bedroom detached and comes with an integral single garage. The living room is at the front of this home, and at the rear are a kitchen/dining room, a utility room and cloakroom. Two bedrooms are doubles (one with en suite), two are singles and there’s a family bathroom completing the layout.
