Leading residential developer Weston Homes have unveiled a new James Bond themed show home at the Denham Film Studios, where numerous Bond movies were edited and reviewed.

The 1,559-sq.ft. four bedroom show home includes James Bond themed bedrooms and bathrooms and entertaining spaces with limited edition James Bond prints, memorabilia and gadgets. The 007 pad also includes a Blofeld style garden bubble-chair, a James Bond ‘shaken not stirred’ cocktail bar in the living room and a vintage Bond Aston Martin parked in the driveway. Located at 33 Stanley Kubrick Road, the new three-storey show home, designed by interior design firm BLOCC interiors, is a fusion of Art Deco references and James Bond features.

Kitchen/dining area: The ground floor provides a spacious kitchen, with a breakfast island, integrated appliances and an eight-seat dining area, the table dressed like a Casino Royale gaming table. The rest of the kitchen has been inspired by M’s office, with four ‘Diamonds are Forever’ themed clocks, with diamonds on the clock faces showing times for London, New York, Paris and Moscow. The space is complete with ‘Aston Martin silver’ fitted cupboards and James Bond ‘JB’ monogrammed mugs.

Living room: The first floor living room is a fusion of Art Deco features and themes from James Bond’s Casino Royale movie. The lacquered sideboard has been inlaid with an Art Deco design, with the sofa; glass and chrome coffee tables and feature chair reflecting old Hollywood glamour. The feature mirrored wall and the large windows fill the room with natural light making it bright and spacious. The ‘shaken not stirred’ Art Deco cocktail bar and Ursula Andress ‘Dr No’ print are quintessentially Bond, and the coffee tables have been dressed for an array of casino games, including poker and roulette, complete with a miniature Aston Martin and martini glass sculpture.

Bedroom: One of the bedrooms has been dressed as a James Bond themed teenager’s abode and behind the bed are limited edition prints of all seven James Bond actors; Sean Connery, David Niven, George Lazenby, Timothy Dalton, Roger Moore, Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig. The room also features miniature James Bond cars, candles and a collection of Ian Fleming’s James Bond books. The bed side tables are silver trunks cases, with horse head chess piece lights and the feature mirror resembles the famous James Bond ‘through the gun’ shot.

Bathroom: The family bathroom on the second-floor is ’Thunderball’ Inspired, with a platinum shark sculpture above the bath, a reference to Emilio Largo’s shark pool. Echoing the glamour of the 1930s-film studio, the bathroom has been finished with champagne flutes and cooler. The bathroom also provides a heated chrome towel rail and low-level LED strip lighting to the bath.

Master bedroom: The master bedroom suite has an Art Deco and Hollywood ambience with a studded leather head board, a silver cream throw and limited-edition Art Deco prints. Keeping to the Bond theme, the bedroom also has a ‘Diamonds are Forever’ chandelier. The walk-in-wardrobe provides ample storage space and is dressed with ‘License to Kill’ touches, including a James Bond tuxedo, mission briefcase and Bond’s famous Tom Ford sunglasses. The master bedroom suite also provides a designer Fascino en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower.

The James Bond show home has been built and finished to Weston Homes’ signature high specification and includes Forest Oak doors, integrated smart lighting and heating control and gas-fired underfloor heating system to the ground and first floors, with GCH radiators to the top floor. The house has an integral garage, driveway for additional private parking, landscaping to the front and a turfed rear garden with a patio.

The James Bond show home is available for sale, fully dressed and with optional extra features fitted, priced at £729,995 (Aston Martin not included). Prices for The Lucas townhouses start from £699,995. Prices for The Lester townhouses start from £745,000.
