Wrap Up A Move In Time For Christmas
The homebuilder is inviting people to discover how they could “Move in Christmas” with a special event at both locations on Sunday 17 October.
Anwyl Homes has a small number of properties at its popular developments Stonebridge Fold in Longridge and Lawrence Gardens in Barton that are build-complete, and thanks to Anwyl’s Move Simple scheme, even those with a house to sell could potentially wrap up a move to one of the fabulous four-bedroom homes in time for the festive season.

During the Move Simple weekend buyers will be able to speak with Anwyl’s own homes advisors and experts from specialist company House to Home. Between them they will be able help match people with their dream home and begin the process of selling their existing property including arranging the valuation.
Anwyl will work with the agent to market the property and even pay the agent’s fees up to £3,500. There’s nothing to pay upfront and once the customer has secured a buyer, they will be able to reserve a new home at Stonebridge Fold.
Stonebridge Fold on Whittingham Road, Longridge, offers a choice of three- and four-bedroom properties with current prices from £223,995. Among those that could potentially be moved into this side of Christmas are a choice of four-bedroom detached homes – the Farndon, Hartford and Delamere house styles - priced from £290,995.
Over at Lawrence Gardens, on Garstang Road, Barton, four-bedroom detached homes are available from £323,995. Properties here that will be ready in time for festive family fun include the Ascot, Henley and Hartford house types.
