Special Incentive On Completed New Homes In Watford

WhatHouse? Best Medium Housebuilder 2023 Weston Homes has announced a limited-time deal on the remaining homes for sale at The Laundry Works, a development in Watford now successfully completed.

For those who reserve a new apartment there by Thursday 29 February 2024, the housebuilder is providing the unique opportunity for buyers to create their own incentive valued at up to £20,000 through their 'Ways to Buy' campaign, which seeks to tell buyers about the various methods available to get onto the property ladder. Buyers looking to purchase one of the remaining apartments at this popular development must hurry, as 90% of the homes are already sold.

To alleviate the challenges faced by people trying to enter the property market, Weston Homes is offering a 'build your own' incentive. This means that buyers can receive up to £20,000 to assist with various aspects of purchasing their first home, such as deposit contributions, interior design packages, Stamp Duty contributions, and contributions towards moving and legal fees.

The 2.5-acre site, previously home to the old Watford Laundry Factory provides 248 new one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments set within a wide tree-lined boulevard, with landscaped podium gardens throughout. These brand new properties are set within eight architecturally distinctive brick-façade buildings which range in height between three and 13 storeys,
