Posted 2 February 2023 by Helen Christie

Over 70% of homes at The Venue in Hayes from Weston Homes are now sold…

WhatHouse? Award-winning developer Weston Homes’ popular development, The Venue, is located in Hayes, and over 70% of the homes there have now been sold.

It is part of the Old Vinyl Factory, an iconic landmark comprising a mix of re-imagined Art Deco office buildings, new homes, innovation and educational hubs, restaurants, a gym, shops, cinema and a live music venue. The Venue will offer 181 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, which will surround a central private podium garden. The homes at The Venue all feature contemporary, open-plan living areas, bespoke designer kitchens and luxury bathrooms, all finished to the highest standards with modern living in mind.

The Venue is a well connected development. Residents will enjoy being just a six minute walk from Hayes & Harlington Station, where the Elizabeth line offers direct services to Reading, Heathrow, central London and Essex directly. For those needing to get around by car, the M4 and M25 are a short distance away.

Weston Homes is offering Discount Market Sale (DMS) homes at The Venue. Through DMS, properties can be purchased with a discount of 20% of the full market value, so prices would start from £291,000.
