Incentives Available From Leading Housebuilder

Posted 30 November 2022 by Helen Christie

Leading housebuilder Weston Homes has a ‘Beat the Bills’ offer and several incentives currently available at selected developments…

WhatHouse? Award-winning housebuilder Weston Homes has launched a Black Friday ‘Beat the Bills’ offer.

The offer allows buyers to enjoy a contribution of up to £12,000 to help cover their moving and living costs if they reserve a Weston Homes property before Sunday 4 December 2022. This offer, which has been designed to help with the rising living costs that many buyers are facing, is redeemable across all Weston Homes developments with current availability.

This promotional offer is just one of the ways that Weston Homes seeks to help buyers either get on the property ladder or purchase their next home.

Other schemes include the Discount Market Sale scheme (DMS), which offers buyers the opportunity to purchase a new apartment at just 80% of the market value whilst still giving the buyer 100% of the ownership. Buyers just need to live or work in one of the areas required for the scheme to be valid. DMS is currently available on specific apartments at both 1023 West in Brentwood and The Venue in Hayes.

Weston Homes also offers their First-time SecureBuy (FTSB) initiative which allows first-time buyers to reserve a home off-plan for a £500 reservation fee, and  a 5% exchange deposit. Then, six months before build completion, the buyer can apply for a mortgage. If the value of the property increase in the time between reservation and build completion, buyers will only pay the price agreed on the day they reserved their property. The FTSB initiative can be used in conjunction with the Discount Market Sale scheme and the current Black Friday offer.

In the current economic climate, the cost of moving and setting up your new home can be tough. We hope this ‘Beat the Bills’ offer worth up to £12,000 will be a huge boost to those buyers wanting to secure their dream home with us."

The developments included in this promotional offer are as follows: 1023 West in Brentwood with prices starting from £265,000; Abbey Quay in Barking with prices starting from £332,000;  the last two remaining one-bedroom apartments at Manor Lane in Feltham with prices starting from £299,995; Watford Cross in Watford with prices starting from £405,000 on the last remaining two-bedroom apartments; The Venue in Hayes with prices starting from £291,000; The Laundry Works in Watford with prices starting from £269,000; Gun Hill Park in Aldershot with prices starting from £285,000; Springfield Park in Maidstone with prices starting from £206,000; and Edinburgh Way in Harlow with prices starting from £233,500.
