VR Tours Available For Upcoming Leicestershire Homes
Virtual reality is helping award-winning housebuilder William Davis Homes highlight a new development it describes as ‘a hidden gem’.
The William Davis Homes development at Thorpebury-in-the-Limes, Thurmaston, is hidden from the main road and currently under construction. But even before a house is built, potential buyers can immerse themselves in a 360° virtual experience to explore the range of homes available off-plan.
While construction work continues, face-to-face appointments for the new homes will be available at the company’s Market Harborough development, Wellington Place, from September.
The marketing manager at William Davis Homes, Sam Starling, said she expected a high level of interest in the selection of teo- to five-bedroom homes at Thorpebury-in-the-Limes: “The VR tour on our website gives customers a really good insight into what our development and the individual homes will look like. All our VR tours have become extremely popular, especially with people who don’t want to miss out on their ideal home and want to buy off-plan.”
All the William Davis Homes properties come with high-specification features including Smeg kitchen appliances, Porcelanosa tiling in the bathroom and a Hive smart home system.
Appointments can be made by emailing [email protected].
The wider development is being brought forwards by developer CEG and will provide a comprehensive mix of around 4,500 homes, 13 hectares of employment space, shops, services, healthcare and schools. There will also be 48 hectares of green spaces including parkland and play areas, 29 hectares of outdoor sports activities, including playing pitches and tennis courts, as well as new walking and cycling routes.
This phase of the development, known as Thorpebury-in-the-Limes, will provide a comprehensive mix of housing, high-quality landscaping and green spaces including sports pitches, play areas, parkland and new walking and cycling routes.
