New House Design Launched At Shepshed Site
WhatHouse? Award-winning housebuilder William Davis Homes has launched a new house design at its popular Leicestershire development, Buttercup Fields in Shepshed.
This new home, called ‘The Solway’, boasts the second-biggest square-footage of all its three-bedroom homes with the living space balanced over three floors. The ground floor includes a spacious lounge and separate open-plan kitchen and dining area with French doors opening up into the garden. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one with a built-in wardrobe, and a family bathroom which features both a shower and bath tub. It also has a generous principal bedroom on the top floor with en suite and walk-in wardrobe.
Steve Rush, sales director at William Davis Homes, said: “As with all our homes, the ‘Solway’ is built to the highest standards using in traditional materials. It has been skilfully designed to provide extensive functional space in a smaller footprint.
“Buttercup Fields is one of our most successful developments. It’s the ideal place to introduce this new house design, alongside the excellent range of homes there. There’s a fantastic choice, from two bedroomed starter homes to four-bedroom family properties.”
Buttercup Fields is on the outskirts of Shepshed, an historic market town in Leicestershire. It offers a range of homes – from two bedroom starter homes to four-bedroom family properties.
The company recently secured the industry’s prestigious ‘5 Star’ status for the sixth year in a row. The ‘5 Star’ Award is the highest rating given by the Home Builders Federation. It is based on customer satisfaction surveys and William Davis Homes received their highest-ever score.
‘The Solway’ is now available to view, with the sales office at Buttercup Fields open from Thursday to Monday (closed Tuesday and Wednesday), and viewings are by appointment only. Due to current restrictions and the number of appointments available, these are only open those who are in a proceedable position (if their property is already sold or they are first-time buyers).
