Two New Show Homes Open In Droitwich

Posted 3 February 2021 by Keith Osborne

House-hunters can now view two new fully furnished three-bedroom show houses virtually or in person at Copcut Rise...

William Davis Homes has unveiled a pair of show houses at its popular Copcut Rise development on the edge of Droitwich Spa.

The new show homes are the ‘Dove’ and ‘Lea’ house types, both three-bedroomed, family homes with garages. The ‘Lea’ also includes a utility room and bay-windowed lounge.

Steve Rush, sales director for William Davis Homes, said: “We’re delighted to share these two new show homes on the Copcut Rise development. The interior design for each is in a different style, illustrating to potential buyers how they can take a blank canvas and turn it into a home.”

The interiors of the show homes have been designed by Edward Thomas Interiors, who work closely with William Davis Homes on all their developments. Being situated right of the edge of Droitwich, a spa town, the designers have captured an element of wellbeing and nature with their styling.

Copcut RiseAndy Richardson, managing director at Edward Thomas Interiors, commented: “The two three-bedroom show homes at Copcut Rise are ideal for young couples, growing families or downsizers and we’ve styled both of these to reflect a modern, family vibe.”

The ‘Dove’ has a eucalyptus green and grey colour palette throughout, complemented with black abstract artwork, walnut furniture and Orla Kiely inspired accessories. Richardson added: “This deceptively large home has a spacious kitchen/diner where we’ve included a four-seater dining table with black chairs. Upstairs, bedroom two has a petite home office station and bedroom three has a playful dinosaur design including a hand painted mural to one wall.”

Contrastingly, the ‘Lea’ has been styled as ‘classic contemporary’ but still makes a statement. A burnt orange/amber accent colour has been used throughout alongside some bold pieces such as fabric wallpaper with a monkey design, mirrored bedroom furniture and button back chairs. Richardson continued: “We’ve also been able to reference the local countryside with line-drawn wallpaper depicting wildlife and foliage, together with a house shaped headboard in the child’s bedroom.”

Copcut RiseDroitwich Spa is an historic town in the Salwarpe River Valley, famed for its saltwater springs, and it has great transport links to both to the town centre and Worcester.

Copcut Rise benefits from is rural setting and travel connections, which means you’re never more than 15 minutes from the healthcare, education, and other amenities you and your family need. It offers a range of semi-detached and detached homes and townhouses with one to five bedrooms. Prices currently start from £150,000.

Both the ‘Lea’ and ‘Dove’ homes can be viewed online, with site visits by appointment only. Prices at Copcut Rise start at £150,000.
