Apartments Launch In Derby City Centre
Wavensmere Homes has launched a new range of apartments at its landmark Nightingale Quarter development.
Located off the London Road, the former Derbyshire Royal Infirmary site has seen huge progress over the last 12 months achieving completion on its first phase of houses. Strutt House is the next phase of the development and offers 140 new apartments to Derby city centre. The one- and two-bedroom properties are priced from £145,000 and available in a variety of sizes and layouts. Type A in particular boasts a unique design of two equal-sized bedrooms with two en suites, a first of its kind to hit the Derby market and ready in November 2022.
Sales director of Wavensmere Homes, Donna Smith, said: “We are delighted to bring the first release of apartments to market. The response so far to the specification and design has been outstanding and we would urge those interested to book an appointment in order to experience the virtual reality walkthrough as soon as possible.”
CGI rendering shows the internal high-quality specification which is a mix of contemporary styling and ergonomic design.
Nightingale Quarter has recently unveiled the restoration of the first of the Pepper Pot buildings which serve as a marketing suite. It will then be transformed into an indoor gym for the community to use and enjoy. Other facilities on the site include cycle routes, an outdoor gym area, an outdoor children’s play area and six acres of green open space. Pepper Pot North will become the hub of the community with a café and eatery at its heart.
Wavensmere Homes has seen great success during the pandemic with the virtual marketing collateral they offer to prospective buyers. Strutt House is no exception with its animated walk-through and interactive touchscreen complete with a virtual reality experience, all available to use during an appointment.
Estate agents Ashley Adams are handling enquiries for the first of the one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and houses. Find out more at qderby.co.uk.
