Posted 26 July 2022 by Helen Christie

Barratt Homes has launched two new show homes at its Meadow Hill development in Throckley, Newcastle upon Tyne…

WhatHouse? Award-winning developer Barratt Homes has launched two new show homes at its Meadow Hill development, located in the charming village of Throckley.

Meadow Hill offers a selection of three- and four-bedroom homes, surrounded by green open space. Ideal for families, there are plenty of schools in the area, and the development is within walking distance of Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ rated Throckley Primary School. For those needing to commute, the A1 and A69 are within close proximity, easily connecting residents to Newcastle city centre in just 20 minutes, and Newcastle International Airport is nearby. Callerton Parkway Metro Station is less than five miles from the development. There is also easy access to plenty of leisure facilities, shops and supermarkets.

Two new show homes have just launched at Meadow Hill, a four-bedroom Kennford house type, and a four-bedroom Kingsley property. Both homes allow house-hunters to really visualise what it could be like to live at the development.

Prices at the development range from £229,995 to £362,995, and Part Exchange is available on selected properties. Homes at the developments will be ready to move into this autumn.
