Taylor Wimpey South Wales has unveiled a three-bedroom view home at the Gwêl yr Ynys development in Sully, which is now available to visit by appointment only.

The ‘Coltford’ house type is the perfect family home, with lots of living space spread across two floors. As you enter the property, you will be taken into the spacious lounge, with access through to the kitchen/dining area. A guest cloakroom and a large storage cupboard can be found on the ground floor. Moving upstairs, the main bedroom has built in wardrobe space, followed by a family bathroom and two further bedrooms, one of which is also a double.

Home buyers now have the opportunity to purchase the ‘Coltford’ view home, which is priced at £337,995.

Sara Taylor, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey South Wales, said: “We’re very excited about the new ‘Coltford’ view home at Gwêl yr Ynys. We know it is important for people to be able to picture themselves in a new home before they commit to buying one and paying a visit to have a look around is the perfect opportunity for them to do this.

“In line with the current government guidance on Covid-19, buyers are still able to visit the view home in person. I’d urge anyone interested in moving to Sully to contact our sales team and book an appointment. It’s the best way to experience all that Gwêl yr Ynys has to offer.”

Tucked away in the historic village of Sully, the Gwêl yr Ynys development offers a collection of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes. Surrounded by views and rural charm, Gwêl yr Ynys could be an ideal place for growing families, downsizers and commuters alike. The homes are located in close proximity to Penarth and you can travel into Cardiff city centre by train in just 20 minutes.
