Two New Sites Launched in Lichfield

Taylor Wimpey Midlands and Taylor Wimpey West Midlands have launched the highly-anticipated The Spires development for homebuyers to make the move to Lichfield.

The housebuilder’s latest development, which will be split into two sites known as Bower Park and Friary Meadow, will provide a selection of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes.

A remote launch event was recently held in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown restrictions. Since the launch, the sales team has been helping prospective buyers remotely and has encouraged those interested to maintain contact digitally where possible.
