Open House At Edinburgh Development This Weekend

Taylor Wimpey East Scotland opens the doors to five new homes in its largest open house event to date as part of its Big Maybury Weekend on Saturday 30 September and Sunday 1 October 2023.

As well as showcasing five homes that are available for sale now at its West Craigs development in the popular Maybury area of Edinburgh, an independent mortgage specialist will also be on hand to provide free mortgage advice to help guide buyers through the financial process of buying a new home.

From 11.00am to 4.00pm each day, this super-sized Open House event will allow prospective buyers to step inside a selection of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes including the ‘Wallace’ (Plot 24), the ‘Geddes’ (Plot 27), the ‘Douglas’ (Plot 28), the ‘Stewart’ (Plot 32) and the ‘Chalmers’ (Plot 30),

Each of these new homes comes complete with some additional features as well as integrated kitchen appliances. Potential purchasers can also choose one of the helpful offers that are available on selected new homes at the development including Part Exchange, Enhanced Easymover, 5% deposit paid, help with LBTT, or a contribution towards their mortgage making their fresh start in their new home that little bit easier.

Buyers can also pop in to see the two show homes at West Craigs, which will be open to view as part of this event. Designed to inspire a range of buyers keen to get on the move, the ‘Geddes’ and ‘Maxwell’ show homes – and both four-bedroom detached styles – each one boasts the latest interior looks, thoughtfully designed to offer space for first-time buyers, downsizers and even growing families.
