Taylor Wimpey East Midlands has opened the doors to a new show home and view home at its Melton Manor development in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire.

Home-hunters now have the chance to take a look around the three-bedroom ‘Gosford’ show home and the three-bedroom ‘Crofton G’ view home. Perfect for professional couples and growing families, these house types offer plenty of space to set up a home office or to entertain friends and family.

Rob Curry, sales and marketing director at Taylor Wimpey East Midlands, said: “We understand how important it is for people to visualise themselves in a new home before they commit to buying one. We’re delighted to offer prospective customers the chance to view the ‘Gosford’ and ‘Crofton G’ house types so that they can get a real feel for what living at Melton Manor could be like.

“We will be operating our show home visits on a strict appointment-only basis and I encourage anyone interested in paying us a visit to get in touch with our sales team to book a slot to suit you.”

Nestled in the Leicestershire countryside, Melton Manor is ideally located for those looking to explore the great outdoors, while discovering the history and heritage of a historic town. The development is within a mile of Melton Mowbray high street, which has all of the essential amenities you’d expect of a thriving town, and an extensive selection of shopping and entertainment facilities. Melton Mowbray is also great for commuters, with easy access to road and rail links to Loughborough, Nottingham and Leicester.

Strict social distancing measures are in place at Melton Manor.
