Taylor Wimpey will be launching a new phase of homes at its Shorncliffe Heights development in Folkestone, at 10.00am on Saturday 22 January.

Seaview Court will offer an exclusive selection of bespoke four-bedroom homes, all with flexible living space to suit a wide range of needs. The ‘Layton’ provides the perfect space for modern-day living. The property features two balconies and bi-folding doors to the garden, flooding the space with natural light. Set over three storeys, the ground floor provides a sociable kitchen/dining area, along with a light and airy living room. Upstairs, you will find three double bedrooms, one with an en suite, and a family bathroom. The top floor features an impressive main bedroom with an en suite and a dressing area.

Shorncliffe Heights has already proved popular, with over 50% of homes now sold across all phases. The site forms part of the wider redevelopment of the former MOD Shorncliffe Garrison, which will provide 1,200 new homes along with new and improved facilities.

Residents at Seaview Court will benefit from sea views and miles of coastal paths, perfect for walks and bike rides. The historic and lively town of Folkestone is also only a five-minute drive away, ideal for easy access to local amenities and independent shops.

Jason Stokes, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey South East, said: “We are delighted to be able to officially launch Seaview Court and announce the first homes to be released for sale. The growing community at Shorncliffe Heights is something we are incredibly proud of and we can’t wait to offer even more opportunities for homebuyers in Folkestone.

“We’ve seen incredible demand for the homes at this site and we anticipate Seaview Court will be just as popular.”

Seaview Court is located off Royal Military Avenue, Folkestone Find out more at www.taylorwimpey.co.uk.
