House-hunters in west Scotland are invited to view a pair of show houses from Taylor Wimpey at Dargavel Village...

Taylor Wimpey is inviting house-hunters to book a visit to see new show home duo at latest phase of Dargavel Village in Bishopton.

You can book an appointment to view the four-bedroom detached show homes to open – the new style ‘Geddes’ and the ‘Maxwell’, which are designed to inspire buyers who are keen to get on the move later this year.

Showcasing the latest interior looks, each show home represents the latest phase of new homes at Dargavel Village, thoughtfully designed to offer space for growing families and have great kerb appeal.

Alternatively, homebuyers can get a glimpse of what life could be like at the development from the comfort of their own sofa through its range of virtual tours and show home videos.

Audrey Ross, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey West Scotland said: “Our sales team continues to help customers through each stage of their homebuying journey with us, and we will continue to offer remote appointments at our Dargavel Village development. In fact, buyers can complete the whole reservation process by video call with us if that is their preference.

“But we also understand that it can be important for people to visualise themselves inside a new home before they commit to buying it. Opening our latest show homes in Bishopton offers buyers the opportunity to get a feel for what living at Dargavel Village could be like. We hope that house-hunters will book an appointment to pay us a visit and be inspired by what they see to be able to make their move to a new home here.”

Dargavel VillageLocated on land off Craigton Drive, the latest phase of development will provide 249 new homes in a wide mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom family homes to ensure that Dargavel Village continues to appeal to a range of buyers. This latest phase is part of the Dargavel Village masterplan which, as well as including new homes, has an emerging village centre that now boasts a convenience supermarket, café/wine bar, Italian takeaway and dentist. There are also plans for a new primary school, library, community centre, leisure facilities, land for healthcare provision and an extensive Community Woodland Park.

Surrounded by countryside, Bishopton itself enjoys a peaceful and scenic setting near the Clyde coastline. Located just a short drive from the Erskine Bridge, Dargavel Village offers easy access to the natural beauty of Loch Lomond, and benefits from impressive local transport links, including the new M8 motorway junction, that creates an attractive location to call home for commuters to Glasgow and beyond.

The new park/ride at Bishopton Train Station has pedestrian and cycle access from Dargavel Village and the proximity of Glasgow International Airport ensures that Dargavel Village benefits from great transport connectivity for local travel and beyond.

The sales office and new show homes at Dargavel Village are open by pre-booked appointment only, seven days a week from 11.00am to 5.30pm.
