Taylor Wimpey East Midlands has recently launched its highly anticipated Bingham Gate development in Nottinghamshire...

Taylor Wimpey East Midlands recently launched Bingham Gate, a development in the small Nottinghamshire market town of Bingham.

Bingham Gate offers a mixture of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, in a range of modern styles, providing options for both first-time buyers and growing families. The properties have been designed using locally distinctive materials, such as red and traditional brick, to ensure they complement the picturesque setting of Bingham.

The first release of homes includes the three-bedroom ‘Gosford’, available from £290,000. The layout of the property makes it the perfect starter home, with an open-plan kitchen/dining area and separate living room, all providing plenty of space to entertain friends and family. Upstairs there is a main bedroom with en suite, two further bedrooms and a main bathroom.

For growing families and people in need of extra space, the five-bedroom ‘Garrton’ offers spacious living areas over three floors. Available from £515,000, the property features a flexible layout with large kitchen/dining area, which leads you through to the back garden, as well as a separate living room, study and guest cloakroom. Across the first and second floors are five spacious bedrooms, two with en suite showers, plus a family bathroom.

Olivia Peters, sales and marketing director at Taylor Wimpey East Midlands, said: “We are pleased to announce that Bingham Gate has now opened its doors to visitors and potential homebuyers. We have already received a huge amount of interest, so I’d urge anyone interested in quality, new homes in Bingham to book an appointment and speak to one of our experienced sales advisors.”

Bingham Gate is located off Chapel Lane, Bingham, Nottinghamshire, NG13 8GF. Find out more at www.taylorwimpey.co.uk.
