Doors To Open At New Show Home In Faygate

Taylor Wimpey is unveiling a brand new show apartment at its Kilnwood Vale development in Faygate this weekend, a first chance for prospective buyers to take a look around and get a feel for what living there could be like.

There is currently a choice of two-bedroom apartments available at Kilnwood Vale, priced from £269,950, along with a range of incentives to help people step onto, or up, the property ladder. The government-backed Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme is available on all apartments at the development, enabling both first- and second-time buyers to secure a new home with a deposit as low as 5%. The scheme has already helped thousands of customers including, Oliver Fowler who has moved into an apartment at the Forge Wood development in nearby Crawley. He said: “By being able to use Help to Buy, we were able to buy a two-bedroom new build rather than an older property that might have been smaller.”
