Key Worker Discount Introduced For New Homes In East Scotland

Taylor Wimpey’s Key Worker discount scheme is now available on a range of new homes at its Hawthorn Gardens development in South Queensferry and the remaining new homes at its Auldcathie View development in Winchburgh.

Key workers – from first-time buyers to growing families or downsizers – considering calling either of these two developments home can benefit from a discount up to the value of £15,000 off the purchase price on selected new homes. Terms and conditions apply.

Hawthorn Gardens in South Queensferry currently offers a range of one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as two-, three- and four-bedroom houses. Prices start from £190,000 for the ‘Nairn’ one-bedroom apartment. The last few remaining four-bedroom detached homes at Auldcathie View in Winchburgh start from £378,000.
