Posted 22 January 2024 by
Keith OsborneProspective buyers on the lookout for a new home in the east of Scotland are encouraged to come along to Taylor Wimpey’s Help to Sell event which is taking place at developments right across Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife on Saturday 27 January and Sunday 28 January 2024, from 12noon to 4.00pm each day.
With a choice of incentive schemes including Easymover and Part Exchange now available on selected new homes in a variety of locations, a visit to the Help to Sell event allows prospective buyers to find out how Taylor Wimpey’s moving options can make their life and move to a new home simple and easy.
Interested homebuyers who qualify for any of its incentive schemes can take the stress out of selling their current home and provisionally reserve a new home at their chosen development – even if they haven't sold their existing property.
An independent mortgage specialist will also be available so buyers can arrange a chat to make sure they’re financially ready to make their property move.
Kirsty McGill, sales and marketing director at Taylor Wimpey East Scotland, said: “Finding your new home can be challenging, but ultimately, we want it to be an exciting, enjoyable, and easy process. Our Help to Sell event is ideal for those who have a property to sell and want to move but are unsure of what to do next.
“As well as impressive show homes to showcase the lifestyle and choice of new homes that we offer, incentives on selected new homes, visitors to our events can chat with our experienced sales executives to find out more about how our Easymover or Part Exchange schemes can support them.”
