Taylor Wimpey East Anglia is giving house-hunters in Bury St Edmunds the opportunity to attend a ‘Dusty Shoe’ event at its Lark Grange development in Bury St Edmunds, on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 April.

By appointment, prospective purchasers will be able to take a look around Plot 338, ‘The Garrton’  before it is fully finished, to get a feel for how the home will look upon completion.

‘The Garrton’ is a five-bedroom houses perfectly suited to meet the needs of modern family living. Featuring an open-plan kitchen/dining area, with double doors opening out to the garden, the property also comes with an upgraded kitchen, shower package and flooring throughout.

Another selling point of this particular plot is that buyers could move in just in time for summer and, as the government has extended the Stamp Duty holiday until the end of June 2021, customers could save up to £15,000. The ‘Dusty Shoe’ event will give home-hunters the chance to speak to experienced members of the Taylor Wimpey sales team to find out about the range of offers and incentives available.

Caroline Carter, sales and marketing director at Taylor Wimpey East Anglia, said: “‘The Garrton’ really is a special house type. We’re delighted to offer customers the opportunity to take a look around, as we know how important it is to get a sense of the space and discover the potential of a home for yourself. We anticipate a lot of interest in this plot, so I would urge those interested to book their place now to avoid disappointment.”

Lark Grange is located in the thriving community of Bury St Edmunds and is in close proximity to a range of shopping and leisure facilities, as well as to a number of primary and secondary schools, pubs and restaurants. For commuters, Bury St Edmunds train station is just a ten-minute drive away with train links to Ipswich and Cambridge.
