‘Ask The Experts’ Events Coming Up In East Scotland

Taylor Wimpey East Scotland is inviting house-hunters to a series of ‘Ask the Experts’ events the company is hosting across some of its developments located in the region.

Home-seekers in East Calder, Edinburgh, Haddington and Wallyford are invited to be part of Taylor Wimpey East Scotland’s next series of in-person ‘Ask the Experts’ events which are taking place this month to help buyers plan their move to a new home.

They will be taking place at Calderwood, off Blair Road in East Calder, and Ravensheugh, at St Clements Wells in Wallyford on Sunday 20 November 2022 from 12.00pm to 4.00pm in each location. From noon to 4.00pm on Sunday 27 November, the experts will then be at Bankfield Brae, Greendykes Road in Edinburgh and Taylor Wimpey at Letham Mains, located off West Road.

Visitors can pop in and spend time with an independent financial advisor who will be based at each of these events, and who can provide a range of helpful financial advice including which mortgages are available.

Taylor Wimpey’s experienced sales executives will also be available to offer advice about the process of buying a new home, as well as some helpful tips to make sure the process is stress-free.

There are many ways in which Taylor Wimpey can offer a helping hand to buyers who wish to move to a new home. From mortgage contributions for up to 24 months, Part Exchange, 5% deposit paid or help with energy bills for up to two years (terms and conditions apply to these schemes, buyers can choose which option best suits their own circumstances. Buyers can also take the opportunity to visit the show homes that are available at each of these four developments, which will be open by appointment as part of this event.

Designed to inspire buyers who are keen to get on the move, each show home showcases the latest interior looks and offers buyers the opportunity to sample the lifestyle on offer when buying a new home with Taylor Wimpey.
